wow, thanks Brian. I was very frustrated with whisky the other day. I've never rooted for someone to be booted before. But several of us tried to warn him, and he just got more and more annoying

Amen.

Hall (9 for 23, .391, 4 RBI) and Jenkins (11-34, .324, 2 HR, 4 RBI) are really the only 2 Brewers with good numbers vs. Oswalt, though Weeks is 2-6 with a HR.

Meanwhile, Davis has been hurt by:

Berkman (10-27, .370, 2 HR, 6 RBI)

Everett (8-24, .333, 2 RBI)

Biggio (11-38, .289, 1 HR)

while Ausmus, Lane, and Oswalt (2-6) have done well in minimal ABs. Judging by past stats, Davis is one of the few pitchers in the league who actually wishes Bagwell was playing.

I just got home, I need to do my 6.5 mile Brewer KP, and I'll be back to watch the Brewers 'turnin up the heat!' I warn you Mr. Koskie, my knee doesn't like you already Make my knee happy by playing well today, and bygones will be bygones.

99.9% of the leadoff hitters in the league.....would score on a booming double off the wall misplayed by the leftfielder......

Brady's lack of:

1. Speed

2. Instincts

Just cost the crew a run.

Or the fact that it looked like the LF was going to catch it. I know I thought he was going to catch it judging by how he was reacting. If it was in the gap Clark would have scored. Also, you'd rather be on third with no out and the heart of your lineup coming up than risk getting thrown out.

Well Mr. Davis....you want a win?

Go earn it. Playing from in front tonight boys....

How about 5 or 6 right off the bat here??? No excuse to only get 1.

Apparently you have the same instincts as Brady. I thought it had a better chance of leaving the yard than being caught. You can't look at the fielder..you gotta look at the ball. That ball had no chance at being caught right off the bat.

Putting the ball in play is such a wonderful thing.

Amen. This is a perfect example of why Strikeouts absolutely suck. Putting the ball in play is 100% better than striking out and I don't know what it will take to convince people of that.

With a strikeout by Jenks and Lee it's 0-0.

The Error and the double play made it 2-0.

Well it's obviously different watching on tv than actually being there... so I don't think that's fair. What I will give you is that it was very poor judgment for Brady to go home on that grounder to Ensberg. A decent throw and he's out by a mile.
