The Brewers' own free agents - who's likely to return?

Counsell can go. He is nothing more than a defensive replacement, and I think September showed that the post season experience he brings doesnt really bring much.
I'm not saying I want Counsell back, but to say he didn't bring much to the table in September is silly. His OBP was .450. In the final week, which we all know was huge, his OBP was .538. He was a key part of some of our big rallies down the stretch.

I'm sure there are better options out there than Counsell, but he did do some positive things for this team at the end of the year.

Counsell worked a lot of walks in September but didn't drive in any runs in his first 55 plate appearences. For the season he hit .145 with RISP. That's hardly clutchy though to his credit he did what he could when it counted given his limitations and he's never been a run producer.

As others have said, I would like to see Kapler return. With Boston sending Crisp away yesterday, does that open an extra outfield spot for them and make Kapler an appealing option to return to his former team?
