RIP Patrick, you were a man amongst boys, as depicted in the classic, "so bad it's good" Roadhouse.

 

I hope that Chris Farley is one of the first people you meet in Heaven. That Chippendales sketch always made me feel good.

I cannot hear the song, "Working for the Weekend" without thinking of Chris Farley and Patrick Swayze. One of my favorite SNL sketches, ever. RIP Adrian and Barney.

The thing that stands out most to me, is that in this age of divorce (especially Hollywood), Swayze was married for 34 years to a woman he met in his teens. That is incredible by any standards, let alone Hollywood.

 

He was one of the truly good guys.
