I have a hard time believing he would come here or would be happy here. We would have to over pay him greatly to be here.

I've been a big fan of Finley's for a long time, but he'll be 42 before next season, I think this show is over. I would project about 10 homers and an OPS right around .700 if Finley plays again next season.

 

I certainly don't think Finley should be a starting outfielder at this point, and there are multiple bench options already in place for the Brewers. I have to vote a respectful no one this one.

Finley had monster years in '99 and '00. But this is the '07 season coming up. He had a .714 OPS last year, and .645 the year before that. Craig Counsell has had a better OPS over the last 2 seasons than Finley
