My initial reaction is that the A's got the better end of this deal. Kouzmanoff was a player I wished the Brewer's would have tried to get before last season.

Billy Beane must be trying to trick people into thinking OBP doesn't matter again so he can start buying up "undervalued" high OBP players in a few years.

Defense is the new OBP and Kouzmanoff is good defensively. Not like he is earning so much that it is hard for him to be worth the money.
