I love the picture for today. Considering Braun is the DH again that has to say good things about Inglett's ankle, right? If Inglett weren't able to go you'd think McGehee would DH and Counsell would be at 3B giving us an extra outfielder (Gerut) in case something happens.

Man I really wish we had someone else to play LF other than Gerut. Here's hoping Lo Cain can stay healthy and tear it up and be up here sooner than later. Too bad Inglett got hurt - he has had some really nice at bats and makes solid contact. Please look like you know how to play defense today jody

I suppose a photo of a revolving door was easier to find than a photo of this guy:

Well, Brewers, do what you can.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

Inglett sprained his ankle sliding into the plate during yesterday's game. The Brewers are lucky Gerut showed up midway through the game otherwise we would have been going sans DH, or Craig Counsell would have been playing left field.

Why not start Lucroy? Wait.... He's a prospect.... Nevermind.

This was the previous Brewer lineup. Jody Gerut was replaced due to a heel injury.

  1. Weeks 2B

  2. Gomez CF

  3. Braun DH

  4. Fielder

    1B

  5. McGehee 3B

  6. Hart RF

  7. Gerut LF

  8. Escobar

    SS

  9. Kottaras C
Here's who'll be starting:

  1. Weeks 2B

  2. Gomez CF

  3. Braun LF

  4. Fielder

    1B

  5. McGehee DH

  6. Hart RF

  7. Counsell 3B

  8. Escobar

    SS

  9. Kottaras C
The lineup in the lead has been edited to reflect the changes.

That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

Lucroy isn't Gamel.

Hey we didn't give up any runs in the 1st!
I was about to post the exact same thing. It is odd still seeing the 0 in the opposing team's run column.

Estrada has a manageable 28 pitches through two. That's a good sign. They're hoping at minimum to get 3 innings out of him, at this point maybe he can stretch that to 4.
