Best Text Editor (for Windows) for Web Programming?

Hi BrewerFan Nation,

 

With so many options out there, I was wondering if any BrewerFan.netters had any favorite Windows-based text editors? I'm a web programmer that works mainly in PHP, HTML, JavaScript and CSS. So having code helpers (language specific function references, color coding, tag finishing, code formatting, etc.) and possibly a built-in FTP client would be cool.
