Omar Vizquel???

The White Sox should be looking for some late inning relievers with their current woes, and they are pretty well shored up at SS and 2B so what would it take to get Vizquel? Split the starts between him and Counsell and see what we can make work. Obviously Vizquel isn't anything near what he used to be, but he is still an excellent defender and could teach some basic fundamentals to both Rickie and Casey that should help us in the long run.

I don't think he's much of a SS anymore, or anywhere near the answer. He's like 44 years old. I think at this point he's basically just trying to eek out 3,000 hits.

Honestly, I thought he looked cooked back in 2008 with San Fran. I can't believe he's still playing.
