Album cover question.

Hi everybody-

 

My wife showed me this picture on facebook today and I can't for the life of me figure out what the person is talking about. I've wracked my brain to think of the album cover they could be referring to but I just can't think of it. It's bothering me to not be able to figure this out. I thought I would ask here to see if it rang any bells for anyone.

my initial thought was Van Halen "1984" but that was before the 70s album cover thing on the bottom of the photo. So, never mind.

That curved pillow is a Boppy pillow. . .not sure if this is helpful.

 

That picture doesn't visually remind me of anything from the 70s or really any album cover.

It kinda reminds me of the John & Yoko cover of Rolling Stone, but that's obviously wrong.
