Ty Wigginton?

Posted

Jon Heyman recently tweeted that the Yankees were looking at Wigginton to help out with Arod down. Would he be an upgrade as a platoon option at third and occasionally in the outfield as a super sub? Ty has not been playing much since Colorado is back to being healthy, and is only signed for one more year.

We have Wigginton all ready, he's playing 3rd for us right now.

I tend to agree. You make McGehee completely irrelevant with a Wigginton. I'd rather make a play for a LH hitting 3B like Greg Dobbs.
