The Brewer killer Dempster is pitching tonight, Why is it we never miss him, well at least the last time we faced him we beat him and that was the start of this great run.

It seems impossible that every single series against the Cubs, we somehow line up against Dempster. Would be real nice to miss him. He's a solid pitcher against the rest of the league but against the Brewers he's a Cy Young candidate. Gotta figure at some point he'll have a bad start against us....hope it's tonight!

Anybody watching the PIT-STL game on Fox? Dan McLaughlin, the Cardinals PBP guy, is calling the game. No fewer than 5 times he has mentioned how great the fans are in St. Louis, the great attendance in St. Louis and how St. Louis is a great baseball town. Hmm... I'm seeing quite a few empty seats at Busch today.

Well, it's nice that he gets to call their own execution.

Nice to see FOX has the Cards on again next weekend. Should be great ratings for them in a baseball town like STL.

What's the situation that has the Brewers on WMLW instead of FSN? The picture quality is almost unbearable.

Someone we know is giving us their copy of SI, so we won't have to buy one.

Early leads are early. Take that, Glove Flipper.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

Dempster has actually been pretty sharp with his command early on, but the Brewers have made him pay when he has missed by a little.

I don't understand the hatred of the sac bunt. I know it is never a good thing to make an automatic out in front of Braun and Fielder, but with Morgan that is hardly the case. If he gets the bunt down, worst case is an RBI chance with a single for Braun and Prince. Best case, the bunt is good enough for a hit or forces the defense to make an error, which has happened on a number of occasions.
