If he's not too pricey & will sign a split contract or go to AAA... you can never have too many power arms for the bullpen.

That's who I assumed would claim him. The Reds are in much more need of bullpen arms than the Crew. I know that they want Chapman in the rotation, but the way their bullpen has been losing arms, they might not have a choice.
