Sources say he can be had. Obviously I would not give up anything crazy for him and he will be 30 next year. In 2010 he posted a WAR of 5.1. He would help up this year and I think he has a option for next year. Would you be interested in bringing in Drew?

I would, but he is made of glass---I'd consider him as a free agent next year, but you really need a hairston-type backup to go along with him. I don't see him as a trade candidate for us

He's definitely worn out his welcome in Arizona. I wouldn't see the harm in trading a fringe prospect for him if that's all it took, but I agree that it'd probably be better to pursue him in the off season.
