The Cubs are extremely young now that all of their legit position prospects are up. They will likely be much improved next season and still have much hyped Prospects like Baez and Soler coming in addition to some more under the radar guys like Almora.

 

The Cubs are thin on pitching but will have the flexibility to add impact pitching through FA. Think of the Cubs like the 2005 Brewers... lots of position guys breaking in and no pitching.
