It's worth rolling the dice versus the certainty of Peralta giving up more. With a depleted pen perhaps not, with the day off yesterday and rosters expanding Monday, take the chance.

I know its a moot point because we are getting shelled but did anyone else notice on the replay how the Giants runner slid about 4 ft wide of the base while throwing his arms up? Maybe it was the angle but to see Weeks called for interference for sliding over the base and then to see that not called is frustrating.

Here's hoping for a major SF bullpen meltdown tonight and, even barring that, the Brewers getting this crap out of their system today and playing winning ball again starting tomorrow.
