Equifax question

My wife and I checked out our potential exposure and signed up for the free "Premier ID" service that Equifax is offering because of the hack that they experienced. Thankfully, we both got feedback that it appeared our information was not exposed during the hack.

 

Anyways, we signed up for the Premier ID. It told us to come back on a certain date to complete the registration. We did that about a week ago. It told us it would email us credentials, but also said to be patient as there is a lot of people signing up for this service. We still have not received the email. Someone I work with also said they never got the email.

 

Anyone here go through this process? If so, did you ever get an email with your Premier ID credentials?

I did. I got the email, but forgot to follow up.

 

But I was on "the list" too. Maybe they prioritize the people who were exposed.

$30 total ($10 each). It's frozen until I tell it not to be frozen.
