Sounds like he had some arm fatigue and the Braves just cut him. If it isn't season ending I'd love to stash him on the DL and see if he has anything. When on he could be a solid 2/3 . Basically insurance in case Nelson has a setback.

Read he's not even hitting 90 now. That's a 3 MPH drop from last year. Maybe, dead arm. Maybe, dead career. Either way there's probably better options.

Kazmir went through this once before in his career. I'd consider signing him for AAA depth, hoping he works through it. He'd be cheap, since the Braves are paying him so much
