I had one of these four if any came to us. All are still out there.

Caleb Farley, CB, Virginia Tech

Greg Newsome, CB, Northwestern

Teven Jenkins, OT, Oklahoma State

Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, LB, Notre Dame

After that, it was Elijah Moore, WR, Ole Miss.

Leatherwood going this early is a bit of a surprise. I thought he might be someone we would consider at 29.

It's shocking. I was thinking he'd be someone we might consider in the 2nd round. He seems to be a guard in the NFL, not a tackle, but...if it leaves Darrisaw on the board a little longer...

Yep. I think he was mocked late 1st to mid-2nd. But I had seen his name rising a bit in the last week.

My guess is they go 25th thru 28th with the Packers luck...

A few players getting picked that I thought might easily slip below the Packers - Davis, Leatherwood and Toney - specifically.

Perhaps we wanted one of those guys, but it only pushes down some other quality guys to us.

Even if the Packers stand pat, there will be a CB or OT there for the taking that shouldn't still be available.

Also, is Owusu-Koramoah falling just because of his size?

I've read that he needs to be in the right scheme. But who knows. The size has to scare some teams. Would be a fascinating player.

I'm surprised Darrisaw is still there. I never had him on my list as I never expected him to get near us.

I’m prepared to be disappointed

Travis Etienne here we come!

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."
