luis perdomo has been outrighted to the minor leagues before. he has one minor league option remaining.

this move puts 14 pitchers on the active roster. clubs can carry up to 14 pitchers through 29 may.

on 30 may, clubs will be limited to a maximum of 13 pitchers on the active roster.

would be interested in learning if perdomo had arrived in atlanta last night to be part of the taxi squad, and then got the promotion news today. granted, such a move does reduce the taxi squad by one player . . .
