When they're jockeying for some seed in January nobody will remember how pathetic this game was. That's all I'm saying as far as being concerned.

Make the playoffs and being playing well at that time is all you can hope for. Even that hasn't gone super well for us, lol.

Well, it's a win, but anyone who thinks this is a Super Bowl contender needs to temper their expectations until they prove they are.

I just think takes like this are hard to understand. Wins are wins. I’m unsure of when football changed to a sport where the fans only accept snoozer 28-10 wins as the mark of a good team….

A win is a win. Just want to see some growth from the young guys. They have showed flashes but not quite there yet. Hopefully by the end of the year they will come around.

Maybe Rodgers just needs to be a low seed and play in domes all January.

I still think they were the best team in the league last year and they couldn't win a game. I'm ok with coming under the radar this year.

In the NFL, teams are often a bit different from October to January, and teams that look super tough as nails in October often have a lot of injuries and whatnot by January.  We'll see where everyone stands 3 months from now.

Packers offense doesn't look fantastic at this point, but we'll see what they do about the WR corps.  I'm not super satisfied that just hoping for growth in a few months from Doubs and Watson is the ultimate solution to contending this year.

Does this look like a team that is a contender to you right now? Performances like this may beat the Patriots, Bears and Jets of the world but they won't win games we'll play in January. I'm already on record saying they'll finish 11-6 and a first round exit so this isn't a hot take on my part at all.

The only option I really see is OBJ, but who knows how he comes back from his injury. It would be worth a shot, but my guess is he will go back to LA.

Why do they need to look like a contender now?  Stack W’s and move on to the next week.

I don't think I would say anyone fits that billing other than Buffalo. Every other 3-1 team has major questions.

The Eagles will eventually have to throw a lot to win a game. The Vikings have been a combination of lucky and playing nobody. Dallas is getting by against cupcakes with a backup QB. I dunno. I just don't think anyone looks very juggernauty.

What team does look like a contender that hasn't already laid an egg or had to win several games ugly?

Stay healthy and stack wins while gaining some confidence offensively, and see how things look two months from now.

Will performances like this beat other NFC contenders like the Bucs? Oh….

Not when they're healthy.

Assuming you mean Green Bay, I’d actually assume they’d win by more If Watkins, Watson, Jaire, etc . had been able to play.
