The more I look at the possible additions we can make to our roster, Diaz looks like the perfect fit.

 

He is corner IF, top of the order bar and RHH. 

 

He is the type of player I would possibly overpay for if we are truly going all in on 23/24.

 

What do you all think it would take for the Rays to move him?

Probably something big, realistically (and i say this while trying to remember if it was him and arozarena having a public argument), he's one of the best bats they have, with not a ton coming through in that position

Given they havent added to their offense in any way so far, I think he's unlikely to be traded unless they got a clear mismatch package at this stage

Yandy’s bat would be perfect. Great BB/K ratio, crushes LHP and RHP alike.

Problem is his glove (-30 DRS | -18 OAA career at 3B) likely limits him to 1B/DH.

Imagine it would take something like Wiemer or Mitchell as a headliner with a couple lower level guys to round things out.
