He doesn't have ace upside. I said there are times he makes you BELIEVE he does (just because of how well he pitches when he locates), and there are times when he makes you wonder if he even belongs in the bigs (because of how poorly it goes for him when he doesn't locate), but conversely, he obviously belongs in the bigs.
