ezSupporter question

Having seen another thread about the topic, I've been meaning to ask this question for a while now.

 

I signed up for ezSupporter back in July, but I still don't see the 'ezSupporter' tag on my posts under the 'reply | edit' buttons. I'm not sure if this is just because it's my account, and the system knows that I know that I'm an ezSupporter, or if it's not registering for some reason.

 

Just want to make sure that my money is going towards its intended purpose.

Somewhere in your 'profile' there is a check box that allows you to display the ezsupporter icon. I only know this because I went through the same process you did...except that someone fussed at me (in jest) for not being a supporter, though I had paid the $12 several months earlier.

If you go to My Control Center, and then click Edit Profile, you'll see a screen with your avatar in the left, and under it there's a check box for the Show EZSupporter Icon. I had neglected to turn mine on for almost nine months, so you're not alone.

There isn't any check box for me to check on the edit my profile page. All there is are ads wanting me to buy what I have already bought (EZ-Supporter). The money has cleared, so I don't know what's going on.

 

Is someone just not on the ball updating my account at EZ-Board or something? This is kind of frusterating.

Just signed up for EZ Supporter. Since I come here everyday and it is only $1 a month, it's definately worth it.

Ralph, I'd give it a day or 2 just to make sure, then email ezboard. I had an issue with mine 6 mo. ago, and they were good about dealing with it.

Same with me, it took an email or two, but they got it straightened away -- I'm sure it's a pretty rare problem, and we were just among the unlucky. We don't want to discourage new EZ Supporters!

ezBoard's e-mail support system is good. If I remember correctly, you'll get an automated response, with a human follow-up soon enough after that. You'll have an opportunity to get your specific questions answered.
