The AA Shuckers game in Chattanooga is already well underway on this early Wednesday, with LHP Adam Seminaris (6.59 ERA in 27.1 IP) getting the start. They trail the series 1-0 despite a barrage of homers yesterday (Jeferson Quero x 3, Jackson Chourio x 1).

High-A Wisconsin's game at home against Quad Cities is about to commence, with the team also trailing 1-0 in this week's series. RHP Tyler Woessner (2.59 ERA, 1.28 WHIP, 6.9 K/9 in 31.1 IP) is on the mound for his 7th start.

The Low-A Mudcats also had an early start today, trying to extend their series lead to 2-0 at Kannapolis. RHP Will Rudy (1.93 ERA, 0.75 WHIP, 8.7 K/9 in 9.1 IP) makes his 3rd start of 2023.

Mudcats prevail 7-0 with a third consecutive strong start from Will Rudy (5 IP | 0 R | 3 H | 1 BB | 4 K) while Yerlin Rodriguez made his 2023 debut striking out one in a scoreless ninth.

Every batter except Jesus Parra reached twice with the top four in the order Lara, Guilarte, Avina and Adams notching a hit and walk each, while the next three Chirinos, Areinamo and Perez each collected a pair of hits and Sibrian had a pair of walks.

Shuckers fall 2-1. Seminaris had his second nice start (7 IP | 2 R | 6 H | 1 BB | 5 K) in a row while Campbell (1-1, BBx4), Black (0-3, BBx2) and Murray (1-1, BBx2) were the only batters to reach base multiple times in another four hit effort. Chourio was 1-5 with no Ks.

We've got one more minor league game tonight, with AAA Nashville looking for a win in Durham to even the series 1-1. RHP Pedro Fernandez (2.63 ERA, 1.25 WHIP, 7.5 K/9 in 24 IP) makes his 5th start (10th appearance) and the squad welcomes RF Michael Reed (recently released by the Dodgers) for his Brewers' organizational debut.

Wisco prevails 9-5 with Moore (2-5, 2Bx2), Miller (1-3, 2B, BB, SB) and Doston (1-3, 2B, BB) leading the way while Matthew Wood picked up his first A+ hit.

Patrick Dorrian saves Nashville from getting no hit as they fall 4-0.

Tyson Miller threw three scoreless frames with 1 H | 2 BB | 3 K while Thyago Vieira had 3 K over 1.2 scoreless IP.
