Candelario would be a great addition, but the thumb injury could be troublesome. I'd make sure he's fully healthy before making any sort of deal.

And I'd avoid overpaying for the guy. He's almost assuredly a short term rental as he's a free agent in the off season. He's set himself up for a nice contract (something we rarely splurge on).

I wouldn't want to give up Black, but on the flip side, we can't just expect to give away junk to get players.

Judging by the prospects moved for rental bats last year, I would put the value at Guilarte (I have him 20th in the system for comparison sake) and one or two more prospects in the 25-40 range)
