3TO shirts selling like hotcakes.

The site was hit for 7 orders of various styles of 3TO shirts yesterday.

 

One of the more "interesting" orders placed, makes me think that Russell is fully aware of the 3TO movement here at Brewerfan.

Shirts are sold for only $1 over cost, and the profits go back into keeping the store alive ($6.95 a month), and any spillover goes back into the server costs ($50 a month).

If anyone would like any of the 3TO logos on any of the other merchandise, by all means, it's simple for me to do so. Give me the combination of logo and merchandise you'd like, and i'll make it happen.

Also, what about having something like "3TO True Believer" on the front at one of the sides (like over the heart, as some shirts do), and on the back "Worshipping at the Church of Russell the Muscle 162 games a year"

If the Brewers make the playoffs, I hereby swear that I will buy one of those, and wear it during each game. Not that I wouldn't wear one anyway when not wearing my Russell Branyan under-roos.

I'm still sayin' that 3TO amber safety glasses would outsell those t-shirts 3-1.

MC, IIRC, when you buy those shades like Russ wears, you buy the frames, then you can interchange the lenses for different times of day. I don't know where exactly you could get them, but the red lenses are sweet, it's part of Russ' mystique.

I'd rather not, actually. We did a spoof of the MLB logo a couple of years ago that got us into trouble.

the Russell shades are likely just a pair of Oakley M-Frames. All professional baseball players get Oakleys for free, hence why they are the primary shades worn. In the Fall League every position player wore them regularly, while the pitchers just wore their pairs to and from the park.

They also get to exchange their lenses frequently to always have lenses without scratches. I can't tell what color lense he has, but I would expect it's Oakley. I did notice Hall's the other day with the silver frames when he made that great play at SS
