Probably need another starter but there's some $$ available for that.

I like your team with a few tweeks. I think you're a little high on Walker (maybe $2M). I'd scratch Kim and add Paul DeJong (saving $8M). Gasser won't be ready so I'd use Williams + to add a #4-5 starter or take the $8-10M and p/u Quintana/Lynn with Hall the #6. Instead of Misi I'd use Yoho in the pen and let Misi start the year as a starter in AAA and be the #7 starter option. It would be a heck of a nice lineup with Walker, Moncada, and DeJong to go along with what's already there.
