Seeing highlights with Blake Burke..  is he in OK shape? He looks like a big guy but not necessarily a strong guy. Big as in kinda doughy. In any other realm I would never question someone's weight but as a professional, he seems like he's not in the best shape. I know he's a 1B and he can be bigger, but tell me I am overreacting to something trivial with him?

He is in better shape than last season. And he has been moving just fine overall. He likely will have a version of this build throughout his career. Country strong, so to speak.
