We like to take time to point out the most popular game thread of the season, which was an August 26 game against the Diamondbacks. It was a wild one, with Arizona storming back to tie it late in the game, only for the Brewers to once again push ahead in a 9-8 win.

The Brewers entered July with some question marks on the roster, perhaps none larger than first base. In mid-July, @Jackson Gottfreid made a compelling argument for the Brewers to pursue then-Oriole Ryan O'Hearn to fill the gap between a questionable Rhys Hoskins and Jake Bauers. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately, based on his performance post-deadline), O'Hearn ended up going to the Padres.
