Any tricks to tighten up New Era 39THIRTY baseball caps?

I have a lot of hats, I wear them probably 80% of the time I leave the house.

I especially love the New Era 39THIRTY caps because of the profile and quality, however, over time, they tend to stretch out, and not fit very well.  Once that happens, they feel too loose.

Anyone have any tricks to tighten them back up?
