It wouldn't be like me to wear something like a Brewerfanatic or Twins Daily t-shirt around the Twin Cities, but I do think that kind of advertising would work on me. If I saw a few people wearing t-shirts around the fair, or if they were being given away near the KFAN booth, it may pique my interest more than seeing something on my Bluesky (or maybe it would encourage me to click on the next Bluesky??). But that may be grasping at straws, particularly because none of us need more free t-shirts or corporate swag.

Offering some kind of discount for recruiting new members IRL? Tough to sort out bots/people perhaps, no idea.

We get requests for merch, we should probably just get on it. The problem with merch is management and opportunity cost. But I'm adding it to the list of things to seriously consider again. Over the past several months, I've been automating a ton of daily tasks to free up more time for stuff like this.

Solution: Brewerfanatic tote bags. Be the coolest cat at the tailgate.
 

I’d also volunteer for a phone shift at the pledge drive on Labor Day weekend if Brock sets it up.
