The real bad part about the bunt idea is that it virtually assures that Lee won't see anything to hit if his at-bat means anything.

 

I didn't think of that when I made that short list of pro/con arguments after Weeks bunted.

Hate to be pessimistic, but outside of Lee, do we have a clutch player on our team? Notice how all of our HR's are solo shots. We've got to be the worst franchise over the past year and a half at driving in runs with runners in scoring position. Frustrating!
