Well, at least they showed some life and made some progress with the offense. It should be a little more uplifting plane ride to San Francisco.

 

Jenkins and Lee are starting to look better. But Spivey is just looking terrible up there.

Nice to see Jenkins starting to turn things around. And hey, we scored seven runs tonight! You know what that means....the bats will start to heat up and the pitching will go down in flames. Get ready for some more 8-7 losses!

I know that this post is in danger of sounding ridiculous during a seven-game losing streak.

 

But after tonight's game I can confidently say that WE are back... Finally some life! Think about it, if Wes Helms doesn't touch the field, that's a win.

yeah, nice to see Overbay and Jenkins do better over the last few games (Jenks was heating up before getting sick). Lee with two hits tonight, and Clark still on fire. And we get the Muscle back this weekend. Now we just need to string hits together
