The angry emoticon is back after Craig Wilson's HR. I hate that guy. I hate the Pirates. Why can't we beat these guys?!?!

Someone tell me how the Pirates are under .500. Their pitching seems to be pretty respectable and more than half their lineup is hitting over .300!

PS- It sure would be nice if someone other than Overbay could drive in some runs (*clearing throat* Geoff Jenkins).

Now Doug Davis' shutout is wasted...... http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/mad.gif http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/mad.gif

I am getting really tired of Clark getting the start over Grieve and Yost not pinch hitting for him in the latter innings.

Nice job, Keith.

I hate him when he plays the Brewers. That guy can flat out hit. He'd look great in our RF spot.

BREWERS WIN !!!

Let's get the heck out of Pittsburgh. I hate that place.

Hopefully the offense will rise up with the coming homestand. Pitching has been solid lately - Sheets, Davis, and Santos have good lines this far into the season. Capuano returning should help out also.

That was awesome, and I think we really needed this win going into the Dodgers/Padres x 2 + Anaheim stretch. Tough for Doug Davis not to pick up the win but any win at PNC is a-okay with me.

Our pitching has been impressive as of late....that Pittsburgh team has a lot of people that are dangerous in that lineup. Kolb's ERA is microscopic....there are going to be some teams wanting him at the deadline. Bennett has really turned it around, he looks like a steal again. Oh...and just in case anyone cares...the last time Kolb gave up a run was the second game of the season, on April 6th.

When is the last time a full time closer went a full month without striking anyone out? Kolb is just about on the verge of that, but he gets the job done anyway.

Nice game to listen to today.
