My guess is that Braun was staring down Fielder. I bet they have a little grudge match over the rookie HR record.

 

Granted, he'll probably get a brushback next AB....that was pretty blatant.

Yeah I made that comment as he ran the bases. I don't care for that myself - just run the bases - no need to stop and stare. But I am happy about 3 more runs of course http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif.

Loved the shot, did not love the walk.......anyone else remember when he used to put his head down and sprint after killing the ball? I think that stopped around 15 homers

excellent thought Homer... perhaps that is Braun showing respect in the Braunian sense.

Gallardo has a nice comfortable cushion to work with. Now he can just throw strikes and not worry about holding a 3-run lead. *KNOCKS ON WOOD*

You all think Braun will get plunked his next go-around the way he reacted towards that homer?
