I know, katuluu. I got really ticked, and not responding in kind is what I initially typed, but I went for the satisfaction of striking back. I knew it when I did it, and still did it. This is just another example of the mentality these days where you "better not do something because you just may offend one out of a thousand people". Get over it people.

 

 

Which of course is far less valid a mentality than "anyone can do whatever they want as long as a few people aren't offended and can tell off the others for being prudes/sticks in the mud/boring/etc."

What Braun did pales in comparison to how that nitwit closer from Zona does every time. Since throwing at a player is fine, how about allowing players to run out to the mound with a bat? Sheesh... Just wanted to add that it was mentioned in the telecast last night that the pitcher was the same one that hit Vinny Rottino in the head in the AFL last year. Can't say I really blame Braun for sticking up for his teammate.

I agree. Sometimes there is a lot more to the story than you know. Braun also took the retaliation like a man and ran to his base and came around to score. Thanks for the free run stros.
