  1. "As long as there is a sliver of hope that the Brewers could have a miracle comeback, Salome has no business catching in the majors." Neither does Kendall.
  2. He said, "again that's too close to take" about Braun's. I just rewinded the DVR.
  3. At the moment yes, but this team is capable of going on a run. Lets just see what happens when Bush comes back. I'm not saying were playoff bound, but this team could make a run at it.
  4. That was just bad. The one to Cam was questionable, but I'll live with it. Braun's was way outside. Schroeder with his patented "too close to take" breakdown.
  5. Why do you pinch hit for Hardy there? Please tell me he is going to not let Kendall lead off the ninth.
  6. Fulchino in the 8th. Hes been pretty solid this year.
  7. Recent games aside, Yo would have been that out at home...I highly doubt Yo would have gotten the windmill I was just kidding. I use google chrome, I dont have the ability to change my ink to blue.
  8. Too bad that ball didn't get into the corner. We would have been up 2-0 and Fischer would have waived another out at home in.
  9. Honest question, who would you guys rather have up there Yo or Kendall?
  10. Yes, I mentioned the same thing on another board. What other board?
  11. There's no way that HR pace will keep up. Also, batters are not going to continue to hit over .340 against him. Sure he hasn't looked great, but I'd be willing to give him a look. I remember him dominating the Brewers last season on a Saturday FOX game. What do we have to lose if he doesn't pitch well? He's not going to cost much at all.
  12. Does anybody think we should be giving starts to Gerut more now that Hart is down?
  13. Probably because he is. I don't think by any means he dominates lefties, but its not like he can't get them out. Do really think we are best off using him as a ROOGY?
  14. Come on Frank that was just bad. How does he not see that that ball was going to hit off the side wall?
  15. Fischer needs to go, this is brutal. Does anybody know how many baserunners have been thrown out at home plate?
  16. I was rather frustrated with the Brewers decision to DFA Swindle. I thought he was a good pitcher that has never been given a chance to stick in the majors. He only got 6.2 innings to prove himself to the Brewers. I find it interesting that guys with proven minor league stats are often released before guys that have the potential to be good. I look at a player like Daniel Cabrera who is not a good pitcher, but still gets chance after chance to prove himself. Anyway, what do you guys think? I unlocked the comments section on my blog so you can no respond without being a member of blogspot. Link
  17. I would love to see the Brewers gamble on Smoltz, he still can pitch. It would be a nice transition coming from the AL East to the NL Central. He was an amazing pitcher last season for the Braves, although it was only in 6 starts. He would cost nothing to get (money or talent). Even with how bad he has pitched for BOS, he has a K/BB ratio of 6-1.
  18. I just wrote a blog post that looks at the Witrado situation. Witrado is a huge jerk and needs to go. He constantly makes condescending comments towards the fans and knows nothing about baseball. In my blog, I posted a full mailbag that he wrote last season. I think you guys will find it very interesting. brewcrewdaily.blogspot.com
  19. That was really funny. Cool to see you were at the game tonight, were you there last night.
