    Overall I think the pitching has generally been as good you want in a game 3 with a 2-0 lead. These are games you need your offense to win they've had chances. Still got another inning with the top of the lineup but yeah, just some really bad at bats by the usual suspects in the series. I'm not sure the lineup shakeup was super great and kind of don't like it to put Bauers at 2 and Turang at 4 but that's kind of a minor quibble. My biggest quibble by far is putting Mitchell 6th based on his ABs this series and really the last month. I hate to say it but he kind of just seems cooked.

    I'm sorry but what the F was that decision to leave him in there. I would have allowed just about anyone to bat but him.

    Make a play for the guy with a freakin' bat coming at him. If you're not gonna play D then maybe come up with a solid AB.

    The Brewers were always gonna have to beat the Padres' bullpen. They've done it twice. Hold them in the 6th here and we have the top.

    I said in another chat I would've PH Mitchell and I stand by that. That was just another absolutely useless, horrendous AB from your 6 hitter.

    Seems like most of the frustration is on not removing May from the game vs against May himself, but, ya know, contrarians need to contrary.

    I saw a comment on Reddit that I haven't verified but it was "the Brewers saw 28 pitches from Miller in the 9th and didn't swing at a single pitch outside of the zone." That is really something, if true. Miller is the best reliever in baseball.

    Yeah, series definitely not over but my God that was an all-timer moment as a Brewer fan and fan of Wisconsin sports in general. Goodness.

    Not sure I see the point of having Frelick bat here.

    You can't play bad defense in the playoffs. Two runs scored because of boneheaded errors and that's the difference. Combined with the horrendous ABs.. it is what it is. I'm not confident about a run in this postseason with this level of play.

    Late on a fastball and throws a cutter. What I feared most in the regular season is manifesting itself in the playoffs with the cutter.
