  1. There should be an option somewhere for black in only. Maybe in a dropdown menu.
  2. There should be an option to print in black and white in printing options.
  3. Jobu needs a sacrifice. And Jobu would never settle for a stuffed Hank. Ever. True. Maybe we can convince a millionaire to launch him into space.
  4. Ban for life. Once he dies, put him in the HOF.
  5. Brooklyn 99. Other than that we don't watch much current TV.
  6. Jobu needs a sacrifice.
  7. I don't think Wang has his velocity but I would hate for this to turn into a Jorge De La Rosa situation.
  8. Maybe they do for bigger companies. I get the impression there it costs for each transaction.
  9. I think the push was done by the credit card companies. I believe there is a base charge for every purchase on a credit card or debit card. At least that is the impression I get from some smaller stores.
  10. Fair point. it was his ability to take a walk that made him different. But that is something that can be learned to some extent. Power can't. One ironic thing about stat gurus is they say K's don't matter for hitters but do for pitchers. I know they are measuring different things but if you don't care about one the other is going to be effected. I am not so sure about that. If it can be learned it takes a really really long time.
  11. Not really. Wang had/has some upside. He was also a lefty. You don't give up on that after 3 months for a bad defensive no hit 3B.
  12. How is it better to give every team in the league from now until the rule 5 draft to plan to get Wang? His option for the year is already used and he has to be put back on the 40 man or he will be available for the rule 5 draft.
  13. Trades may work better in the offseason. That way teams can make other moves to replace players they would trade to us. Maybe we can get better players.
  14. That's the stupidest combination I've ever heard of in my life! That's the kinda thing an idiot would have on his luggage!
  15. You are mixing your metaphors. This is the nail that broke the camel's back.
  16. If he clears waivers no he would not need to be added to the 40 man, but then he'd be eligible to be taken in the Rule 5 draft. Wang was one 1 of 2 left handed starting pitchers currently in the system that can work in the low 90s with regularity, it's way too early for people to be giving up on him considering his lack of experience. Yes we have Kirby coming, but he likely won't work as a starter until next season and has control issues himself. So we lose him now or place him back on the 40 man roster in the winter gaining nothing or we lose him in the rule 5 draft(possibly in the minor league portion where the team would not have to keep him in the majors) or less likely he does not get picked up anywhere. I can't believe he was the worst player on the 40 man roster.
  17. If we keep Wang, when would he have to be added to the 40 man roster again? Would we be able to keep him next year but not put him on the 40 man roster?
  18. I don't expect much. A few salary dumps for minor leaguers we will DFA in 2 years.
  19. I think the Brewers let their minor leaguers do what they have been doing for their first year and if it doesn't work out they start tweaking.
  20. I would like them to go with lower, hard caps for draft spots and up the minor league pay. My thought was to make all draft spots with the same bonus but then the players could just hold out for a better MLB team. The higher picks have to at least have some cost/benefit decision based on position or all a player would do is hold out for a certain team. Also add in college education for all players who do not have a bachelors degree.Make it so high schools can go back to college and do not have to work a lower than minimum wage job if they forgo college.
