    I don't think the bandwagon will empty out here. I love Yo and losing him obviously is a crushing, crushing blow to our chances this year, but I think losing Prince or Braun would put a much bigger hurt on this team, especially in the eyes of the casual fan.

    will this have any bearing on how effective he'll be in 2009? I want to get really angry right now but i'm just numb. Manny, Villy and Bush better start consistently making it into the 7th and Sheets better stay healthy or else this could be a very, very, very long year.

    just got back from the game. hopefully they used their run quotient for the series tonight. if there was ever any doubt that turnbow needs to be DFA'd i'd hope that was gone tonight. down 8 runs and he cant even relax and throw strikes?!? gives up 6-7 more runs and makes us use Stetter??? enough is enough!!!

    just got back from the game, several observations: 1) great to see the bats wake up. Billy looked real good. 2) that was the coldest game i've ever been to. unreal. 3) Cubs fans are the worst. drunk, obnoxious buffoons. just leave me alone, i want to watch the game, i don't want to get into an altercation with you! 4) i love mike cameron.

    it makes me sick that bush is in AAA while mcclung and turnbow still have spots on this team.

    it's really unbelievable how many times we can have guys at 2nd and/or 3rd base with nobody out and not get them home. our inability to put the ball in the outfield really irritates me. i'm hoping that somehow cameron coming back will magically make this team able to hit again, but i'm not so sure.

    even though the Indians gave up on Phillips, I wonder how much of his success has to do with a change of scenery or how they're using him vs how cleveland did. I almost think it might be better to drop him down in the order and just let him do his thing and not worry about leading off and seeing pitches and such. we don't really have a lead off man to replace him, but at this point he's hurting the team.
