  7. You have to be completely insane to take on a role with brewerfan.net. Trust me. Just read my posts. You'll see what I mean.
  8. But now by mentioning yourself mentioning it he will now throw a CG. Forget I mentioned it.
  9. The Astros are tired and beat up and have lost 6 in a row. Therefore, I can confidently say that this game makes me nervous. I hope that Oswalt's breaking balls don't work as well as they can. I believe that last time against him, he didn't have such hot command and still had a quality start against us. If his stuff is dead on, we're in trouble. Now that I talk about his pitching, we will shell him for 8 in 3 & 1/3.
  10. Do you guys want a different time at all?
  11. Pittsburgh, PA. Top of 15th right now. There are about 24 people in the stands and 11 of them are ushers. Nobody there at all. The Pirate hitters look terrible. 7 hits so far Houston has 15 and have stranded around 300 runners.

    Bats

DeMarini B-52 is a nice bat. I like it. Go to a place that lets you try bats before you buy them.
  13. If any of you would like to scrimmage that would be great. I think that we should get a game against each other simply so the real team right here in Milwaukee can put to rest any small doubt that we are much better than you are. It's come out before that a game would be nice. Maybe we could get one in before the season starts, or perhaps we could do one half way through the season and again at the end of the year. Madison captain please contact me via pm.
  14. I will have cards with me at practice. Let's sort of put off the Sijan thing until perhaps we get one more week of practice in. We have not had a full team practice just yet. Keep the practice at the normal practice field. 11 am on Sat. Please show up. We will be approx 2-2.5 hours with lots of hitting and fielding. Mostly positional play. We also need to determine if we have any more pitchers.
  15. If you have the folder the coins go in, take a look at the picture of Pete Vuckovich. What's up with that hat? I don't recall the team wearing one with the ball in the logo being blue. ???
  16. Maybe I will try to get other tickets for them. I dunno.
  17. Too late at night now. I couldn't get you the tickets and I will be unavailable tomorrow. Tickets no longer available. They were free. Bummer.
  18. Nah. Somebody can have 'em.
  19. If you want two tickets to the Brewers at scrubs game tomorrow, read this post. HERE for 2 FREE tickets
  20. I'm serious. Take these.
  21. I need as many of you to show up as possible. I have to get player cards filled out. I will be out of town after the 28th. I need them filled out for the first game.
  22. Nobody wanted to trade for them. I can't go. I just lost money on them, but they may as well get used. If you want two tickets, PM me asap. Respond here so people know they are gonners. I'll call you this evening so leave me your phone number.
  23. Now -that- was one heck of a ball game. I questioned why Ned did or did not do some things, but they sort of got explained after the situations. Good game. BIG win, and the Astros lost.
  24. I bought two tickets for the April 25th game at Wrigley Field. Game is at 1:20. Section 317 row 6 seats 106-107 bleachers. I paid $60 for the pair but I doubt I'd get that for them. I'd like to trade for either: Uecker auto'd ball. (hey, I gotta try) Charlie Moore 5" bobble and $20 Jim Gantner 5" bobble and $20 2 Brewers tickets of similar face value ($24 ea.) to a Miller Park game. $45 in cash
  25. Same shirts. New people. Keep yours.
