    Haha.

Brutal - to be fair, it feels like they have had plenty of hard hit outs. Not that it makes it any better.
  3. stoutdude04
They gave Vazquez a hit there and the error for the 2nd run...lol.
  4. stoutdude04
A few just missed tonight too. Hopefully the pen is ready to shut em down!

Frelick gets the worst strike calls.

I wont judge the results based on facing the Dodgers. With that said, not getting guys out with 2 strikes is a common theme with the Brewers right now. A lot of movement on the pitches.

Pretty sure they are number 4 in the nation as of today. Kind of wild. Hopefully they can put it together this year.

39 here and finishing up year 15. I teach 3rd grade and overall it is still enjoyable. I am at that age where students are still excited(or at least fine) with school, but you can still talk to them and goof around. Though, all of the paperwork and extra stuff is starting to grind my gears.

That's what I had heard. I really enjoyed the latest Mad Max, so I was hopeful this would be good. I think I will just wait until it can be streamed instead of going to the theater for it.

I still remember back in the mid-2000s when only like 140 games were actually on TV. Me and my buddies hated that! We have apple, but it is kind of annoying how there are so many streaming services taking games for the major sports. Needed Peacock for some Badger games, apple for Brewers, Netflix for NFL, etc. Didn't the Suns owner just come out and decide that he was going to have every game available to be watching in the area? I feel like I remember seeing that.

I wonder if Perez was tipping his pitches. Ortiz, Chourio, and El Gary all hammered change ups. The change ups to Chourio and Sanchez weren't great pitches, but it was an 0-0 or 0-1 count, and the one to Ortiz was low and out of the zone.

    Every year**

Was just wondering that. Following on Gameday. He stinks back there.
  14. stoutdude04
    Yep! Nice series comeback!
  15. stoutdude04
I guess I just wonder...why? The two best hitters are due up.
  16. stoutdude04
Heavy rain just come down? 😉
  17. stoutdude04
No kidding. He's a bright kid, so hopefully he does something like that. That'd be pretty awesome.

Funny, because that is what I ended up telling him. I told him the parts would be so miniscule that it would have to round to 1. I did also tell him it was a pretty deep thought for a 4th grader. Ha.

I mean, Frelick has been...not good. His analytics are bad too.

Former student today, said to me, 'We have infinite numbers, right?' 'Yep.' 'So, if we have an infinite amount of numbers, how do we go from 0 to 1?' Me - puzzled look.

Parents are good people - I taught the girl in 3rd grade and played ball with the dad. I think you nailed it with what NIL is supposed to do and what it's become.

A high school girl from here got an offer of cash + entries to golf tournaments all over the world. She is 15. She now has to decide if she wants to play High School golf or start accepting money towards her ultimate goal of being a professional golfer. Just a small tangent here from the WIAA turning down the NIL vote.

Wasn't Bart a high draft pick just a few years ago? He's off to a good start.
  24. stoutdude04
That's the dumbest decision of the year and it might stay that way for a while.

Reports coming out that Wisconsin is struggling in the portal because they are actually following 'the rules' with regards to the NIL(whatever that means). Also a report is out that Storr had been in communication with one or two other schools after his hot start this year. I think we can all agree, talking to players during the season should absolutely not be happening. Supposedly he had a deal in place with Illinois as early as February. Just rumors, but take it for what its worth.
