I admit that I was not the happiest with the trade. I didn't care about Brinson, just seemed like a big bust candidate to me at the time. Diaz and Harrison played in Appleton, I grew fond of them, and losing the two of them at the time really bothered me. Yamamoto was never a throw in type player in my eyes, he also played in Appleton, so I got to see him pitch several times. I thought he would probably top out as a #3, and hated to see him go as well. In retrospect, it was a more than great trade for us, no matter what happens with those 4 guys we traded away for Yelich. I don't see how anyone can possibly see otherwise... Yelich was an actual MVP, not a candidate, but an actual MVP and is putting up the same type of numbers for a second year in a row. We won the trade, simple as hat.
