I put myself through the torture just to see what they say, but last night was it for me... I'll be switching over after tonight's game.

Starting Miley on short rest worries me, a LOT! I read an article that showed the history of the playoffs and starting guys on short rest, and the results were not good, in fact, they were bad historically... No idea where I read it, and haven't looked for it, so if someone needs the source, I don't have it.

The guys on the FS1 post-game are so obviously hating the Brewers success it is just ridiculous. A-Rod is a dunce. I can't understand much of what Ortiz is saying, so I'm not sure where he stands. Thomas seems maybe like he is a little more neutral. The other guy, who I don't know, is right along with A-Dunce. You can just tell that they are pulling for the Dodgers and the big market machine.. Hopefully we can continue to cause them stress and shove it up their rear ends! It's just disgusting listening to them after these games.

I'm sure your dad is a great guy, but he sounds like the type of fan that would not be fun to watch a game with. I just don't know how you can watch a game like last night's, in the NLCS (!!!), and only focus on the negatives. c'mon man...

That is my point basically, everyone but CC knew he didn't have his A game, but yet he brings him out anyway. Made no sense then, makes even less sense now.

True, however, trotting him back out there for the 8th was not very smart... Hindsight is always 20/20 of course, but he was shaky in the 7th, and trying to use him for another inning was not the most sound idea. For the most part, CC has done a great job, even though I am one of his critics at times, however, it sometimes feels like he is the last one in the park to see that his pitchers don't have it on certain nights and in certain situations...

When did "must win" become a taboo phrase on these boards? I feel every playoff game is a "must win", and I won't apologize for that. lol

Start with Jesus... One year left, so he is basically a rental. Start with Jesus and see what happens. I know this is a pipe dream, but it would be a pretty sweet season in 2019!

When you've got Woodruff, Burnes, Peralta, Chacin, and Guerra in the pen and the first 6 Dodgers are batting right handed, you are absolutely correct. One of those arms should be pretty close to ready to go if Gio gets in trouble. If the first 2 guys get on, you make a change. If 2 of the first 3 batters get on, you make a change. It's the right thing to do. All depeneds on if CC recognizes trouble. He tends to be a little late when it comes to bullpen guys being ready when needed...

A-Rod never bothered me as much as he does since he said that the Rockies were in the driver's seat after their game one loss to the Brewers. Now when I listen to him, I want to squeeze his face off. DUNCE!

Yankees will be trading Gray, I'm all for a shot in Milwaukee if the price was right, meaning not giving up much, and I love the fact he would be reuniting with DJ. If anyone can make him right again, it would be him. If we are not bringing back Miley/Gio, Gray makes perfect sense. -
