  1. I am bummed. I didn't know the new episodes started up again last night. I'm sure last night's episode will be on next Sunday though.
  2. darn, I thought you knew something I didn't...
  3. Are you saying that there will be the same amount of both Morgans produced? If so, that I can live with... If there are 20,000+ of both poses, it shouldn't be that tough to get them both.
  4. I bought a Reebok RX4000 at Dick's Sporting Goods 10 years ago and it is still running as good as the day I bought it. It is used daily by me and my wife both. Running or walking, it is a great unit! I paid $999 for it, on sale, at the time. My sister has the same exact one which she bought about a month after I bought mine, and she has had no complaints either. I doubt they make it anymore, but if I was in the market for a new one, I'd go straight to reebok!
  5. I know it's early, but I am certain I can't make a few of the bobble games this year. I have the following that I'm willing to trade, listed in the next post, let me know if you will have any extras that you'd be willing to trade for what I have in my list below! Thanks!!!! These are the ones I will need the regular versions of: Gallardo Morgan Italian Sausage Uecker Ramirez
  6. DRAT! I am saving that for a possible swap for this year's stitch-n-pitch... Are you game for that? I can't make the stitch game on June 19th. Check your PM.
  7. I was thinking the exact same thing, if you aren't lucky enough to pull one yourself on game day, I would bet that one will be pricey on ebay, and probably even on this board if people are lucky enough to get more than one... It will probably be silly, especially since there will more than likely be 5000 of them, just like all the other retros, so it won't be anymore rare, just popular. I don't mind an alternate if it is a different pose like the Morgan, but the constant overkill of the retros is getting old. I wish I would have stuck to my original plan years ago and not worry about the retros and alternates, just collect the regular versions...
  8. "All fans will receive a collectible Bob Uecker Bobblehead, featuring the current Brewers radio broadcaster in Milwaukee Braves catching gear. " Saw this on another bobble site, haven't checked into it yet to see if it was accurate, but if so, this is COOOOOOOOL! Had I known this is what was planned for the Uecker bobble, I wouldn't have slammed it earlier... I wonder if there will be an alternate version? Has anyone seen any other photos of this year's bobbles other than the Lucroy and Gallardo?
  9. I wonder when they will let us know about a possible stitch-n-pitch or the ever popular beer vendor bobble?
  10. Yes, but my point is this. What brewer bobble collector doesn't want a K-Rod or Marcum? Both are probably gone after this year, and both were a big part of our success last year. Early on in this season was the best time to do their bobbles just in case they get traded. Why not do something like this, the 1st 3 bobbles are of the guys that could be gone at some point this season, probably at or near the trade deadline: April 22 - K-Rod May 13 - Marcum June 10 - Morgan July 1 - Sausage July 29 - Gallardo Sept. 16 - Ramirez Next year, you do Lucroy, Uecker, another sausage and 3 other guys. I'm just saying, as a fan, I like getting the players that have made a difference in Brewer history as bobbles. The fact that we have bobbles of Suppan, Kendall, and several others that were just players we had to put up with is sad when we have guys like Marcum and K-Rod who will never have a bobble in a brewer uniform. Had they put some thought into it, asked fans via poll, they could have had a much better line-up than they did. Nothing against Lucroy and Uecker, but Lucroy will be here next year, where Marcum and K-Rod will likely be gone... We already have a Uecker, so there is no urgency there. What they really should do is just ask me every year what bobbles to do.......THAT would make me very happy! http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/wink.gif
  11. #6 = Ramirez. Do you think they ever ask the fans what bobbles to do, do you think they even put any thought into it at all? Braun MVP, K-Rod and Marcum should have been automatics. Lucroy and Ramirez could have been done next year. Uecker has been done before, could have done him at a later date too. Oh well, at least we aren't getting a Yuni B...
  12. Doesn't make sense that the Hot Dog is first either. Should go Brat, Polish, Italian, Hot Dog, Chorizo. Now that would make sense.this.
  13. Just curious, why does it make sense that the 2nd sausage in the new series is the Italian?
  14. oh, and yes, they just did the Italian Sausage in 2010, which makes the decision to do another one 2 years later a bit curious... some good news: There will probably not be alternates of the Italian and Uecker. http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif
  15. hmmmmm I knew there would be a sausage, but another Uecker? That one is surprising... That means there will only be one of Marcum, K-Rod, Ramirez, and a Braun MVP... K-Rod is probably out, so Braun or Marcum?? Personally, I'd rather have a Marcum/Ramirez and Braun MVP than another Uecker. Braun may never be an MVP again, so marking his place in bobble history really should take precidence over a Uecker. That being said, my guess is Marcum. I think they are afraid to do a Braun amongst the allegations. Ramirez can be done next year, but Marcum, unless signed, will be gone. Oh, don't forget, there will probably be another stupid, dumb, ridiculous, stupid, stupid, stupid beer vendor bobble at some point too. yay Probably another stitch n pitch sausage too to go along with last years chorizo... Yup, the sausages are overkill, but they are probably marketing to the little kids with those...
  16. Are there meetings for this disease? I had the exact same thought as you, except I actually thought "That would be a great bobble, but I hope they don't make one because I am running out of display space."
  17. Normally, I'd agree with you bikeage, but in this case, since Corey Hart came up in the Brewers organization, I felt the need to get it... He is a real Brewer, not a guy we rented for a year, signed to minor league contract then cut him, but a REAL Brewer. Since he is wearing his high school uniform, not a uniform associated with the Rays, I thought I should have it. Everybody has the line in the sand as far as what they want to collect, I guess my line includes the Corey Hart Hot Rods bobble. lol
  18. ok, well, here is some evidence at least that it was in fact an sga. http://media.hometeamsonl...RBASEBALL/GHS_Flyer2.pdf I would have to say this might be one of the rarest brewer bobbles out there since so few even know it exists. (Not Attanasio, BillHall tracksuit rare, but pretty rare on its own)
  19. Only the T-Rats opening day bobbles, that is the only one I know of so far... We should have a thread for posters to list the minors bobbles they hear about, so the rest of us can be tuned in... As far as the Corey Hart Hot Rods bobble, I can't be sure that was even an SGA... I never knew it existed either until I saw them popping up on ebay, and all by the same seller. A very mysterious bobble to say the least.
  20. You might have to go the ebay route... I contacted the guy who sells them on ebay and made a trade with him instead of cash...
  21. K-Rod was a BIG part of last year's success, he should have been "bobbleized" for memory's sake.
  22. They finished the full sized sausage set in 2010. then, last year, they had another hot dog (with the pink bat). My guess is they will have another set, so one more sausage per year for the next 4 years is probably a lock. You are probably right about K-Rod, he should have had one early if he was going to get one. It's a shame actually, I was hoping for one!
  23. The next 3 will be interesting... One will be a sausage, almost 100% for sure. The other 2? Marcum K-Rod Ramirez Will they give Braun an MVP bobble after all the PED talk, etc. ?
