    Hope Uke is alright.

Holy crap, we're on TNT? We haven't been on there in years. Was at the game again tonight. Crowd was amazing. Already got my tickets for game 6. I'm starting to run out of money lol. Here's hoping I go broke in round 2!

Just got back from the Bucks game. FEAR THE DEER! Dear god we own the Pirates. This team confuses me so much some times.

I'd do 5 years 125 mil for Prince any day.

I was pretty young the during the strike so I don't really remember it but would there had been such a negative reaction if they had actually gotten something out of the strike? The will probably be a work stoppage in the NBA and possibly the NFL soon too.

Suppan needs to be DFA'd. Just bite the bullet already. I said this last year too tho. Would prefer Parra too.
  7. Mr QL
I might even take 2 off.

Fear the deer! Still in this series yet. Was at the game and going to be there for game 4. AND GAME 6

Playing the Pirates solves all of life's issues
  10. Mr QL
So when is the next time we play the Pirates? lol

I still think there is hope in resigning Prince but if they do go the trade route and don't get acceptable return, I'd rather try to make one last run next season(I'm assuming that we'll take a major step back without him) and take my chances in free agency. One more season + draft picks are better than 2nd rate prospects. Prince is an MVP caliber player but the reason I'm afraid we won't get good value for him is simply because teams won't trade the farm for a guy they have no shot in resigning or that they could just sign in free agency.

I agree with Paul. I don't want any realignment or any other gimmick to "restore" competitive balance. Either you actually fix the problem or you don't.

Without Bogut we weren't going to beat either team. I wanted Boston if Bogut was healthy and I wanted Atlanta after Bogut was gone for the season mainly because I hate the Celtics and can't stand losing to them.I could. The games would at least be fun one way or another. Not just a total beat down. Playing the Celtics would of given us exposure too. There was really no advantage to playing Atlanta, at all.

Anyone out there still glad we're playing Atlanta? Hopefully we can at least win 1 at home

So is Salome being called up, sent down, traded, or what? Should be interesting to see what happens with this. I wouldn't read too much in him not being in the website tho.

I don't expect Macha to be around very long. Unlike Yost, I don't think the players really care for Macha that much. It was pretty telling when there was discussion of not even bringing him back this season. If the team keeps struggling, I would not be surprised at all to see Macha fired before the season is finished. Willie Randolph would get his shot then.
  17. Mr QL
Well didn't like him as a player when he was with us obviously but he seemed like a good guy.
  18. Mr QL
Doug Davis to Claudio Vargas to think i use to joke about that
  19. Mr QL
are they going to blow a 10 run lead?
  20. Mr QL
put a different position player in
  21. Mr QL
    hahahaha this game is crazy

The Hawks are the better team obviously but I put a lot of this one Skiles. Not only for the inexplicable Jennings benching at the end of the 4th but he played the match ups terribly. Ridnour can not be on the court with Jennings this series, he has no business guarding 2 or even 3s like Skiles had him do this game, the Hawks are simply to big, athletic and versatile. Carlos Delfino can't guard Josh Smith either. Jennings was amazing, you gotta remember this kid is only 20 years old. Skiles really messed up taking him out when he was hot, you can't just turn that off and on. Boston would of been an infinitely better match up for us.

Forgot the game was on early again. Glad I did. Can't blame Macha for everything I agree. Melvin just can't build a pitching staff. He also hired Macha. Not much you can do when you face Cy Hernandez too I guess

lol Phillie fans. What a lovable group. Rioting, prostitution, and vomiting.

*sigh* another brewers loss another blown lead seems like every game we've lost this year has been blown late
