    Isn't that what we said about Jeff Suppan? It's cool and all that he's from Wisconsin but I hope that doesn't have anything to with our interest in him. I'll puke if we trade for him and they try to sell it like that. Unless you think you're making the playoffs this year with Washburn, do not trade for him.

    He's going on 35, do you really think he'll that effective beyond this year? Maybe I'm not "in the know" like some of you guys but he hasn't exactly been a good pitcher for quite some time before this year has he? Safeco Field is a pretty pitcher friendly park, how would he do here? This proposed trade scares me.

    I wouldn't trade anything of significant value for Washburn. He's not going to put us over the top so just hold on to your prospects.

    lol nice job billy I'd think it'd be better to sell with 2.7 million tickets sold rather than not sold. It's pretty clear this team needs a lot of help and unless they somehow magically put it all together I doubt it's going to happen. Keep the prospects, trade what you can.(I understand that we actually don't have that much anybody would want)

    Personally, I just have a lot more connections with Florida so that would be my obvious choice. I was down there earlier this year while spring training was going on and it would of been pretty cool if I could of saw the Brewers.
