    I'm an optimist but this really shakes my confidence in Hammond. We could of actually got value for CV and Sessions last year. What is he doing? His job depends on Jennings becoming a superstar.

    We could trade Sessions then. A lot better than letting him walk. They could buy out Kurt Thomas to make room for some more cap and then another trade. Get some value for this guy or we'll be regretting it for a long time.

    I think Melvin's whole team-building philosophy is flawed and has taken as far as it's going to take us. It has nothing to do with him not trading for so and so one year or letting so and so go. I don't know how you honestly can be happy with the direction the team is going. Our young pitching is years away and Prince probably won't be here when it finally does arrive if at all.

    I blame our struggles this year on that song they play 20 times a game seemingly during every break. I don't even know the name of it but it bugs the heck out of me.
