  1. Who is Barry Steriod Bondy? oh yeah, a guy with zero career hits after being banished for cheating
  2. Miz was laboring a bit. It’s pretty hot in here at Miller Park. I think this is just precautionary to save Miz innings
  3. I agree with you. Would make the game more enjoyable for sure. I think the in-game delays are pretty minimal, but the technology has proven to be very good thus far.
  4. Totally agree. I was hard on Gasser early during his initial struggles, but he’s become an important part of our rotation
  5. Good grief Sanchez. You waste a challenge early EVeRY freaking game. get out of here. DFA Sanchez and bring back Haase please
  6. Then give Ortiz and Yelich the day off. I want to see Pratt and Lara playing atleast 5 times per week
  7. Seriously? Don’t tell me Perkins is starting today… cmon pancakes. If you want Vaughn and Bauers in there, give Yelich the day off. Not sure why the scrub we just brought in is staring over Pratt
  8. Knoth and Burke should like interesting players but I think you have to make that trade for 1.5 years of Ryan. that said, Twins might not trade him.
  9. Any word on if the brewers will do a ticket swap again for today… assuming yes as the AQI is nearing 200. man, this sucks (the fires), but hopefully it clears up tomorrow.c just like it did Friday night & Saturday morning
  10. And the hit rate on top 100 prospects is what? 30% ? as we’ve been this year, 750+ OPS players that are plus defenders don’t grow on trees. I’m extremely excited about our pipeline of young players but as the 2019 draft recap shows, none of them could end up being MLB regulars. given the choice of Durbin or Harrison/Drohan, we clearly would take the later, but if we could get Durbin back for a lottery ticket A level player (I know we can’t), he’s easily be the starting 3B in this team.
  11. I think he would have had to plea for us all season I believe. There also is the question of a qualifying offer. Given the season he’s having, I can’t imagine we’d want to be on the hook for $20M plus. i wonder if Freddy will sign a 1 year “prove it” deal this offseason and try to cash in for 2028 if he can have a better season in 2027
  12. I don’t think the posters here are negative. I sense frustration over a specific game, a specific player, or some of the glaring mistakes that pancakes makes…. but I feel like the board is very grateful for the brewers overall being a very well run franchise. Could we be better, absolutely, but atleast they are entertaining. bot sure if we’ll ever reach a WS with this approach, but being relevant year in and year out is pretty fun. Sanchez definitely has to go though :)
  13. Strosnider, Garcia, and Bell are key for me. I would think we have enough under slot savings now to go well over for Strosnider and Garcia. how we allocate for 11-20 could be interesting, but I hope Bell is priority #1
  14. This is very encouraging! Still have big work to do though. Let’s get all 20 signed!
  15. I still think Ashby has value for us. Yes, he’s been a bit shaky lately, but it’s a long season. his stuff is filthy
