    Did not know that Canha was a big bat-flip guy, and has said people offended by batflips are silly. Now that I know this (thanks Twitter), I am more in favor of bringing him back next year.

    Pirates won a game while getting no-hit just last year in may vs. the Reds.

    Had the Brewers so much as scored a run, that's a difficult choice to make. Knowing that no matter what, you've got at *least* two more innings to get through, there's no reason at all to put Burnes back out there in this situation. It's literally not a decision at this point to pull him. It's just a no-brainer.

    Brewers (should) be the 3 seed and Phillies will likely be the 4 seed. The only way they'd face each other would be in the nlcs

    Nola threw a good number of pitches in the first, but with Rea on the mound, we can't take solace in the small victory of "we made their guy work hard!" Gonna take 5-6 runs to win tonight, most likely.

    Dude is a 0.0 WAR player because he can't play defense, and hits below .200, but our pitchers insist on throwing him center cut meatballs, so the one thing he CAN do (hit homeruns) is in play.
